Bianca Trevino

Business Strategist | Enneagram 3 | Sagittarius

Bianca has loved weddings since she was a child. She officially joined the wedding industry in 2017 as a wedding planner and wedding dress stylist. In October 2019, she moved to Austin with her husband, and launched her wedding planning business, Bianca Nichole and Co, full time. 

One of the milestones she is incredibly proud of is achieving six-figure revenue within her first 2 years of business. Now, Bianca can work when she wants, and enjoy her life when she wants. Her passion for The Wed Strategy stems from wanting to help other wedding pros do the same.

When Bianca’s not working, you’ll likely find her with her husband, chasing around their two year old, or fur baby, Lola. She loves unwinding with a thriller book and a glass of wine.

Allison Ralston

Marketing Specialist | Enneagram 1w2 | Capricorn

Allison grew up in California, but has called Texas home for the last five years. She is a proud Texas State Alumni, with a master’s degree in Mass Communication. After working in the communications field for 6 years, she dipped into the world of weddings. Allison’s experience varies from PR, to content creation, social media management and everything in between. Her passion for digital marketing meshes with the wedding industry at The Wed Strategy, where she works with our clients to perfect their social media marketing.  Her top performing posts have reached over 626K views on TikTok!

When Allison isn’t curating digital strategy for wedding pros, she’s usually working on a DIY project or playing with her chocolate lab, River!

Kelly Darash

Communications Specialist | Enneagram 6w7 | Aquarius

Kelly has been an events professional for over 8 years, with a degree in Event Management. She has planned everything from craft beer festivals to high end weddings. In 2020, Kelly joined the wedding industry with Bianca Nichole and Co as a wedding designer and planner. She has worked with over 50 couples to plan their weddings! She has also worked as an office manager for a top wedding florist, and a venue manager. Through these experiences, she came to realize many wedding pros just don’t have enough time to do everything necessary for their company to thrive. Her variety of experience gives her a deeper insight into other vendor’s duties and goals.

Kelly recently moved from Texas to Michigan for her husband’s job, where she reignited her passion for supporting wedding pros remotely. She is passionate about helping others with their workload, so they can do more of what they love. She thrives on managing multiple projects at once, and loves being able to work from anywhere. Outside of work, Kelly loves pilates, reading and traveling with her husband.
