I’m Bianca, and I built a 6 figure wedding planning business in less than 2 years. When I hit that year of major growth, I was HUSTLIN' but I was also mixing up client details, having panic attacks and working 60+ hour weeks. I knew that I loved this industry, but the path I was on was not sustainable.
I now have a business that allows me to work when I want, and enjoy my life when I want. I’m passionate about helping other wedding pros do the same.

As wedding planners ourselves, we know what couples are looking for when searching for a potential wedding vendor. We each have transitioned to part time wedding planning and now assist vendor teams all over the country, manage and grow their wedding businesses.

Since joining the wedding industry in 2017, I now oversee The Wed Strategy and my Austin wedding planning business, Bianca Nichole and Co. I meet with clients to gather initial needs and work with our team to create a custom strategy for each client. I am your right hand girl for all things admin! Through my time as a wedding planner, I have realized that many wedding vendors just don’t have enough time to do everything necessary for their company to thrive.
As an Enneagram 6, it brings me so much joy to support wedding professionals as a virtual assistant. I'm here to take things off your never ending to do list and empower you to navigate the complexities of business management more effectively.
Outside of virtual assistance and wedding planning, you’ll often find me at a pilates class or reading a book with a glass of wine in hand. I love traveling, and have lived in 5 different states, and Australia!

I'm Allison, your expert social media girlie! I have a Masters in Mass Communication and 6 years experience with weddings and events. With an understanding of digital marketing and experience in the wedding industry, creating marketing strategies for wedding pros has become my passion.
When I'm not perfecting digital strategy and instagram posts, I am usually working on DIY home projects or playing with my chocolate lab, River!
